INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BOOKER
Welcome to our self-service pet grooming salon!
Please follow these instructions to ensure that you and your pet have a pleasant and safe experience. We also recommend bringing a friend to help with the grooming process! If this is your first visit, we suggest booking at least 90 minutes.
Before Your Appointment:
Preparation: Familiarize yourself with the grooming tasks you’d like to do for your pet. This could include bathing, trimming, or other treatments.
Learn About Your Pet’s Coat Care: Understand your pet’s specific needs and the appropriate grooming products to use.
Shampoos: If you have your own shampoos, feel free to bring them. Shampoos are available at our facility, but we do not provide conditioners.
Treats: Bring your pet’s favorite treats to make the experience as comfortable as possible for them.
During Your Appointment:
Door Access: Your booking confirmation includes a link to unlock the door 5 minutes before your scheduled time. If the link doesn’t work, call us at +358442479918, and we’ll open the door for you.
• Shoes: Leave your shoes in the entry area and wipe your dog’s paws before entering the facility.
Cleanliness: If the facility is untidy or something is missing, please contact us so we can address it promptly.
Lights: Turn on the ceiling lights using the switch located to the left of the towels.
Curtains: You can close the curtains for privacy, but please open them again when your session ends.
Music: You can connect your device to the Bluetooth speakers in the facility.
Calm Environment: Allow your pet to explore the facility at their own pace so they feel comfortable.
Explore the Facility: Check out all the available equipment and resources to make the most of your session.
Grooming Table: The grooming table is electrically adjustable. You can find the controls on the right side of the table. The grooming chair is also adjustable.
Safety During Grooming: Secure your pet to the grooming table or bath station to prevent them from jumping off. Always handle your pet carefully to ensure their safety.
Gentle Grooming: Pay attention to your pet’s well-being. Avoid rubbing or brushing too hard.
Drying: After washing your pet, dry them thoroughly with a towel before using the blow dryer. The blow dryer may scare your pet, so consider removing the nozzle to make it less intimidating.
After Grooming:
Cleaning: Wash and tidy up all the tools and areas you used to ensure the next customer has a pleasant experience. Allow enough time for this.
Exiting: The door opens outward by pressing the button. Please make sure the door is securely closed when you leave.
Additional Important Information:
CCTV Monitoring: Please note that our facility is equipped with 24/7 surveillance for security purposes.
Facility Improvements: We are still making improvements to the facility and welcome suggestions for further enhancements.
