The reservation is binding. It is possible to transfer the reservation free of charge if the transfer is made at least 48 hours before the start of the reserved time.

Washing pets at Petspa Group Oy's premises and using equipment and detergents is at the customer's own risk. The customer accepts that the activity is carried out at their own risk.

The customer undertakes to use the equipment with care. The customer is financially responsible for any damage caused during their reservation.

Petspa Group Oy is not responsible for any damage to persons, property or pets that occurs on or off the premises.

The client must clean the premises they use and disinfect the equipment they use. Cleaning and disinfection supplies can be found in the treatment rooms. The premises must be left in a clean condition. If the cleaning has not been done well enough, we will charge a cleaning fee of 100 euros.

The customer must only be in the laundry room for the reserved time. We charge 50 euros for each additional 20 minutes.

The booker agrees that Petspa Group Oy's premises are equipped with 24/7 recording camera surveillance to protect safety and property.
